What are the delivery times ?
We ship worldwide. In Sanfo. deliveries are made by several delivery agencies which are located all over the world.
The indicated delivery times may change, depending on your location area therefore;
- In Europe: 5 to 10 days
- To America: 7 to 10 days
- Rest of the World: 7 to 14 days
Its delivery times are indicative times corresponding to the average processing times.
How to track my parcel?
We cross France and internationally to come to you thanks to a delivery partner who are located all over the world.
To know where your order is, nothing could be easier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow all the stages of the delivery.
If you have an account with Sanfo. , you can also directly access your order tracking number by connecting to it, then going to the " Tracking control ". With your email, you can also track your package by clicking on this ➥ link
What if I have the wrong delivery address?
If it happens that you make the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on our e-mail address: support@sanfo.fr
We will do our best to accommodate your change as much as possible (if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped).
Rest assured, we will keep you informed of the progress of the process.
A product is missing in the order, what should I do?
We are sincerely sorry if there was an error in preparing the order. In order to find a solution, please send us an email at support@sanfo.fr and tell us which product is missing.
How to return the items received?
Have you received your order but it does not suit you? No worries. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a refund.
To take advantage of returns, follow the procedure by going to the Delivery and Returns section at the bottom of the page or via this link: wwww; Then complete the form on said page to register your return.
What are our return conditions?
The return is made under your responsibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused, if possible accompanied by the delivery note received in the order.
When the return request is related to an error in Sanfo. due to a package preparation error, order reversal with that of another customer, Sanfo. will bear the return costs incurred on one condition:
you must provide the invoice for the Paid Tracked Letter to return the package. You can provide this scanned or photographed invoice with your phone by email to support@sanfo.fr .
In the absence of compliance by the customer with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, Sanfo. will not be able to refund or issue a credit note for the products concerned.
How does the reimbursement work?
According to our return policy, exchange is not possible. You must return the item to us for a refund and place a new order.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is linked to an error on our part (See the return conditions section just above).
During a return, you receive a credit for the amount of the initial order (excluding delivery costs and other costs incurred).
Product refunds will be made by Sanfo. within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of said products. The refund will be made according to the same method of payment that you chose at the time of the order or by the delivery of the voucher.
